Terms of Service

By accessing or using AlphaBetAI's website, Telegram channels, or dashboard (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

AlphaBetAI provides AI-generated quantitative sports analytics, statistical models, and match predictions ("Content"), delivered through public and private Telegram channels and a web dashboard. The Service is an informational and analytical tool. AlphaBetAI is not a bookmaker, does not accept wagers, and does not place bets on behalf of any user.

AlphaBetAI is not a gambling or betting operator. We do not operate games of chance or betting services, and we do not accept, hold, or control any funds related to wagers of any kind. No communication or Content published by AlphaBetAI — including odds, statistics, or model output — constitutes a recommendation to place a bet, and none of it is legal, tax, or financial advice.

AlphaBetAI has no affiliation, partnership, or commercial agreement with any bookmaker or betting operator, in Italy or elsewhere. We do not receive commissions or referral payments tied to bets placed by our users, and we do not direct users to any specific betting operator. Any odds referenced in our Content are shown for informational and comparison purposes only.

The Service is restricted to users aged 18 and over. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that accessing sports-betting-related information is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Content provided by AlphaBetAI is generated by statistical and machine-learning models and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or betting advice, and past performance of any model or prediction is not a guarantee of future results.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the Content, including any wager placed with a third-party bookmaker. Sports betting carries financial risk; AlphaBetAI accepts no responsibility for losses arising from the use of the Service.

PRO and ELITE tiers are available as prepaid, fixed-term plans (1, 3, 6, or 12 months), billed once at the price displayed at checkout, in EUR, processed by Stripe.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Access to the paid tier's Telegram channel(s) and dashboard features expires automatically at the end of the purchased term, and reverts to the FREE tier unless you manually purchase a new term. We send a reminder via Telegram 7 days and 24 hours before expiry as a courtesy; renewal is always the user's own action, never automatic.

Access to the purchased tier begins immediately upon successful payment. By completing checkout and confirming the consent shown on the payment page, you expressly request that we begin providing the Service right away, and you expressly acknowledge that, as a result, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content under Article 59, paragraph 1, letter (o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, Legislative Decree 206/2005) — implementing Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU — once performance has started with your express agreement.

All payments are therefore final and non-refundable, including in cases of partial use, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction with prediction accuracy, except where a refund is required by mandatory law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Your account is tied to your individual Telegram identity and is non-transferable. Sharing your PRO/ELITE Telegram channel access, or redistributing Content to non-subscribers, is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.

All predictions, analysis, models, graphics, and other Content are the proprietary property of AlphaBetAI. You may view and use Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reselling, redistributing, or publicly republishing Content without prior written permission is prohibited.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AlphaBetAI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any specific prediction will be delivered within a particular timeframe. Features, models, and channel structure may change at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaBetAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including betting losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

We may update these Terms or subscription prices from time to time. Material changes will be announced with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, without refund, for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or fraudulent payment activity.

You may also request deletion of your account and personal data at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). Deletion immediately and irrevocably ends any active subscription: consistent with Section 7, any remaining unused portion of a prepaid term is forfeited, with no refund. If you later change your mind, a deleted account is not reinstated with its remaining time — you will need to sign up again and purchase a new subscription from scratch.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
