Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AlphaBetAI collects when you use our Telegram bot, channels, and dashboard, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We keep this deliberately short: we collect very little, because our product doesn't need much to work.

When you sign in via the Telegram Login Widget, we store your Telegram ID, username, first and last name, and preferred language — whatever Telegram itself provides at login. Nothing else is required to create an account.

Email is optional. You may add one yourself in the "My Account" page if you want, but it is never required to sign up, log in, or subscribe.

If you choose to use your own API key for an AI provider (Google Gemini, OpenRouter, NVIDIA, or Ollama Cloud) instead of our default, we store that key so we can use it when generating analysis for you. It is sent only to the provider it belongs to, never shared elsewhere.

We do not collect your phone number, home address, or government ID. We do not use cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising script on our website — there is nothing on our dashboard designed to track you across the web.

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's own payment page and never reach our servers — we cannot see, and do not store, your card number, expiry date, or CVV.

What we do store, after a successful payment: the transaction ID, amount, currency, and plan purchased — the minimum needed to keep your access active and to meet our own accounting and tax obligations.

We only ever contact you via Telegram — we do not send marketing emails or text messages, and in fact do not have the ability to, since we don't collect a phone number and email is optional. Paying subscribers receive a courtesy reminder 7 days and 24 hours before their subscription expires. The FREE channel receives promotional broadcast content that is not individually addressed to you.

Stripe (payment processing) and Telegram (messaging and login) are the only third parties that ever receive data that identifies you.

Like virtually every website, our infrastructure (web server) keeps standard access logs that include IP address, requested page, and timestamp, for security and troubleshooting purposes. This is infrastructure-level logging, not something our application stores against your account or profile, and it is not used to track or profile you.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us (Section 13). Since we don't yet offer a self-service delete button, this is handled manually: we verify the request comes from the real account owner, then remove or anonymize your identifying data, keeping only what accounting/tax law requires us to retain from past payments.

Deleting your account also ends any active subscription immediately. Consistent with our Terms of Service, any remaining unused portion of a prepaid term is forfeited, with no refund. If you change your mind afterwards, a deleted account is not reinstated with its remaining time — you'd need to sign up again and purchase a new subscription.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to how it's processed. To exercise any of these, contact us via Telegram (Section 13) — we handle these requests manually and will respond within a reasonable time.

Access to your account is protected by Telegram's own login verification and a session token that only your browser holds — we don't use passwords that could be guessed or leaked in a breach elsewhere. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor, never by us directly.

The Service is intended for adults (18 years or older). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced with reasonable advance notice via our Telegram channels.
